BizFlight.NET in Action
In one easy to use application, BizFlight.NET manages your entire aircraft fleet and operation. We can generate the quote, confirm the flight, generate invoices, manage your crew and keep track of the legal requirements of your business. BizFlight.NET can also alert you to such time-critical events as duty time regulations for your crew, aircraft registration and insurance, and the validity of your passenger’s passports and visas. A comprehensive reporting function ensures you have all the records you need to operate your business efficiently and profitably.
BizFlight.NET provides responsive software support to our customers via telephone or email, wherever they are located. Problems can be swiftly diagnosed through our remote support tools. If a problem is found, the software is immediately updated and the patch or update is made available to all of our clients. New releases and data updates (for example, changes in airport or service provider details) are regularly made available.
Ease of Use
One of BizFlight.NET’s most important advantages is its ease of use. Our interface is intuitive and quick to learn, reducing training overheads and enabling users to maintain maximum productivity. A three-day training course, held in your offices, is normally all it takes to bring a BizFlight.NET user up to speed – ensuring a swift return on the training time investment.
The core of BizFlight.NET provides all the tools you need to manage your aircraft, flight crew, trips and clients. A range of reports and templates are also available so you can generate all necessary legal documentation and post-trip reports.
The core includes the following features:
|Master Data Management
||Manage all of the information related to your employees, aircraft, and service providers (such as FBOs and fuel suppliers). The software can manage credit cards (such as fuel cards) at the crew, passenger and aircraft level. Worldwide airport data is also available.
|Trip Folder Management
||A customer-specific dossier that includes such items as the quote, options, route mapping and schedules. Owner flights can also be specified and reported as required. The Trip Folder contains such flight-related details as crew and aircraft scheduling, alternate airport mapping, permission mapping and handling requests.
||Stores all pre- and post-flight data and related documents. This module can be used to make offers, confirm orders and invoice clients. Support for multi-lingual trip documents is also provided. Once an order is processed, all related documents are automatically generated.
|Post Flight Data Storage
||Includes all journey and technical logs and related documentation.
|Crew Licensing Management & Control
||A JAR FCL template which can be used as a universal model for other aviation authorities.
|Crew Duty Plan
||This tool covers all crew planning requirements, including automatic crew assignment.
|Crew Duty Time Control
||Automatically provides EUOPS Subpart Q data on flight and duty time limitations and rest requirements.
|Aircraft Document Management & Control
||Stores and controls all aircraft-related documents, including insurances and airworthiness certificates.
||Generates reports on-demand. These include:
- Simple address, telephone, employee and airport lists.
- Such crew data as pilot logbooks, duty time plans and records, crew rosters, details of crew checks, training and expiring licences.
- Aircraft data: trip and leg summaries, schedules, flight logs and data needed to comply with the European Union’s Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS)
- Airport-specific data, including provider pricelists.
- Statistics which can be filtered according to your requirements. For example, financial reports are available for both aircraft and customers.
||Displays comprehensive trip data, including options and booked flights. This module also shows whether your aircraft are airborne or on the ground.
||Linked to the trip folder and leg status, this module provides a comprehensive range of data such as operational flight plan (OFP) numbers.
||This module includes an alerting system that is triggered by any irregularity (for example, expiring crew licences or checks, a lack of an appropriate visa for crew or passengers, and expiring aircraft documents). The module can also be used to create a ‘to do’ list for a given date or person. Checklists can be created for company-specific procedures for each leg of the trip.
|Templates and Data
||The core includes a number of templates and standard documents:
- JAR FCL Template
- Standard trip documents (in English) including quote, confirmation, and invoices.
- Summaries of different aircraft types.
- Airport specific data such as daylight saving times, service providers and a navigation database.
BizFlight.NET works closely with partner organizations to develop add-ons that extend the functionality of the core product. Add-ons available include:
- Additional Workstation
Extends the Standard or Corporate edition of BizFlight.NET by one concurrent user.
- Unlimited Workstations
Extends the Standard or Corporate edition of BizFlight.NET to an unlimited number of concurrent users.
- Duty Time Control (DTC)
Enables you to check the duty time rules for a dozen jurisdictions at the crew member level. Duty time predictions for a specific period of time and mission can be triggered, enabling you to correct possible infractions at the planning stage.
Non-flying duties are also stored in the system and are treated according to the rules and regulations applicable to each crew member.
- Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS)
Provides all information needed to conform to the European Union’s Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS). It can be enhanced in the future to cover additional ETS schemes that may be implemented in other jurisdictions.
Operators must still maintain the required monitoring plans separately. However, templates from this add-on can be utilized. BizFlight.NET can generate the appropriate reports for tonne/kilometre data and annual emissions.
To distinguish affected aircraft, an Aircraft Group option has been implemented. This is required for operators from non-EU member states who may need to report their emissions to different authorities. Operators from EU member states only require one reporting plan that covers all aircraft.
This add-on conforms to the European Commission’s decision of 16 April 2009. This decision amended Decision 2007/589/EC regarding the inclusion of monitoring and reporting guidelines for emissions and tonne/kilometre data from aviation activities.
Converts service requests (such as handling requests) into the two different SITA formats.
- AirSupport PPS
Enables operators to establish an automatic schedule to upload confirmed flights to the AirSupport PPS Flight List. Operational flight plans can be created by uploading the relevant flight details. This helps to avoid typing errors. The upload interval is defined by the user.
A fully automated process that uploads aircraft availability data to the Avinode charter platform. Incoming Avinode requests are automatically downloaded and generate the requested ‘live sectors’ for further processing.
